Ok, kids.  My first big training hike begins next Friday in the Huachchuca mountains in Arizona.  My hiking buddy Rick sent me this photo -- I'm trying very hard not to be intimidated.  We can get as high as @ 9,000 feet, which is more than 1/2 the way to Everest Base Camp.   Keep your fingers crossed!
