Last Thanksgiving I was in chemo for breast cancer. It was hard for us to focus on thanks. This year is SO different! I give thanks for my family, friends, and to be alive. I'm cancer free and my Parkinson's is controlled with medication. If you would have told me last year that I'd be training to go to Everest this year I'd have thought you were nuts. But here I am!
May you all have as happy a Thanksgiving as I am!
